Ragazzi sono preoccupato!
facendo il solito shampoo per togliere le croste che sono rimaste e che ovviamente fanno perdere i capelli (come al solito) mi sono ritrovato con dei capelli che non mi sembrano essere normale. Cioè mi sembra che c'è pure il bulbo e non una crosta che è ben diversa.Attached Image

Allora ho chiesto al consulente Philip, che mi segue sin dall'inizio del mio interesse per la clinica.
È un eccellente consulente sempre disponibile e che vi risponde sempre velocemente....per noi che nel pre e nel post op abbiamo tante domande, è davvero notevole di trovare una persona come Philip.
Per l'Italia c'è Luisa Lopez ma informandomi mi è capitato Philip che parla inglese. Mi sono trovato subito bene e poi mi permette di praticare un po' di più l'inglese
Insomma per quanto riguarda la mia paura sulla caduta di capelli con il "bulbo" sembra che posso tranquillizzarmi. Non è il bulbo ma piuttosto pelle morta o il "sacco olio intorno ai capelli".

It´s nothing to worry about, it will either be dead skin or the dried oil sack around the hair, but certainly it is not the graft or bulb, nothing to be concerned about.
If it were the actual graft you would bleed, and quite a lot because when the graft fell out it would basically leave a hole that was made from the slit for the graft to be placed in.

The bulb of the hair is at the base of the hair shaft, as it goes through different growth stages it shrinks and becomes almost undetectable for the actual hair shaft. It is the bulb that as such is attached to the follicle the hair sits in and the bulb is the part that “collects” the nutrition for the hair shaft to grow in length; I have attached a small diagram to illustrate.
The actual follicular unit we placed is still embedded in your scalp, almost impossible to remove now unless we literally punched it out via FUE or you hit your head and made a relatively significant cut to your skin.
Attached to the side of the follicular unit is an oil gland, sebaceous gland, this secretes oil to the hair, due to the procedure, removing the UF and replacing it they suffer a little trauma naturally, and the oil would dry out a little, so it could be that. More likely though it is just dead skin. If you noticed post op we leave a longer hair shaft on the grafts so we can match the hair shaft curvature, we also leave a little of the “top” skin, the “epilithium”, this also dries out and surrounds the hair shaft, so when the hair falls you have this small piece around the hairs; some clinics use this method, many do not; we find it provides better healing, especially in the first couple of weeks, but it can appear when the hair falls out something else has come out with it, but it is just dry, dead skin in reality.

Aspettiamo le foto della clinica!!! Sembri andare bene! non capisco una cosa... Ma sotto la cicatrice sei diradato e shock loss o è la cica dell'altro intervento? Altra domanda utilizzi fina? . -

Sotto non è shock loss è il risultato della scar andata male dal precedente intervento strip in Belgio. Mi da molto problemi e finalmente ho deciso di fare una scar revision per rivascolarizzare e poi innestare bht della barba. È una vera rottura......
Ho le foto della clinica !!!!!

In totale sono 5100 grafts
Il doc belgio ha tenuto la mia Hairline che di natura è bassa. Quindi l'aerea è più vasta. Se fosse stata un centimetro più alta penso che avrei avuto maggiore innesti nella parte crown.

Figurati! servirà anche me per poter avere il modo di paragonare nel modo migliore tra la partenza e l'arrivo.
La scar revision penso sempre da loro oppure da Feriduni (volevo avere un consulto con Feriduni durante il consulto di fine maggio a Roma ma i posti sono esauriti)
Il vantaggio di questa scar revision è che si preleva sempre qualche grafts. Nel mio caso mi ha detto il Doc Muresanu che potrei ottenere circa 1000-1500 grafts. Così ne approfitterò per qualche ritocco necessario.. -
