AGGIORNAMENTO 16 GIORNI
tutte le croste sono cadute tra il 10 e 11esimo giorno. Ho mandato le foto ad Alessio se vuole pubblicarle (non so se dovevo mandarle a Bola fatemelo sapere)
Con le croste sono caduti veramente tantissimi capelli una miriade (forse 200 in tutto), dopo le croste invece pochissimi, una ventina in tutto credo.
La situazione post croste è molto bella, mi vedo tantissimi capelli in testa che non avevo. Mi piacerebbe sapere se tutti i capelli che mi vedo ora in testa sono destinati a ricrescere oppure no. Voglio dire li vedo che si allungano e crescono allora mi domando: "perché non dovrebbero esserci tra 6-10 mesi?"
Un aiuto per tutti e un elogio alla clinica:
la situazione post croste è tranquillamente affrontabile. Io avevo molta paura del ritorno alla vita sociale invece devo dire che dopo la caduta (facciamo 15gg) si può tranquillamente tornare a lavoro o uscire, gli unici commenti sono stati "ah ma ti sei rasato?"
Qui va dato merito alla clinica che (secondo me mia opinione personale) è la clinica n°1 al mondo in quanto a pulizia. Pazzesco che dopo 15 giorni nessuno e dico nessuno riesca a vedere i segni dietro sotto i capelli (dopo 15 gg quanto posso essere lunghi? 0,3-0,4?). E poi sopra. Naturalezza che, onestamente, non credevo. Io personalmente non riesco a distinguere i capelli miei da quelli trapiantati se non al tatto (quelli trapiantati al momento sono ancora + corti e ispidi degli indigeni). Questo deve tranquillizzare chi come me aveva paura del rientro in società. Si è corti ma si sta meglio di prima! meglio ovviamente per chi come me aveva una stempiatura esagerata. Linea naturale capelli naturalissimi e rossore pochissimo per ora.
Attenzione al rossore. Le foto ingannano. oggi ho fatto una foto alla luce del sole dove apparivo rossissimo (se volete ve la mando) bene. Credetemi che allo specchio e a detta di chi mi vede il rossore si fa davvero fatica a percepire, quasi nullo. Quindi occhio anche alle foto.
Riassumento, dopo il primo periodo di crisi da caduta con le croste continuo più felice, ora arriverà il secondo periodo di crisi da caduta dei trapiantati  ma tiriamo avanti incrociamo le dita e speriamo che quelli che mi vedo ora in testa ricrescano tutti!

Dai amico, hai già superato metà del periodo nero. Te ne resta un altro pochino. Anche io sono tornato al sociale dopo 15 giorni. Io l unico sintomo che ho al momento é l intorpidimento del front.

AGGIORNAMENTO 20 GIORNI E CONSIGLIO
intanto buon anno a tutti.
I trapiantati cadono nell'ordine dei 20 al giorno e molti hanno la punta piegata.
Per ora l'effetto è ancora buono.
Purtroppo tendo ad avere un pò di dermatite (o pelle morta? non riesco a capirlo), nonostante li lavo ogni giorno (da oggi triconac lavaggi frequenti) ho la pelle che perde parecchie croste bianche, tantissime in donor pochine in ricevente di colore giallino.
Consiglio: la clinica mi ha detto che dopo 1 mese posso riprendere con il minoxidil (che ho usato per secoli) ma in schiuma. Pensavo al rogaine 5% schiuma. Cosa ne pensate?

Hi Bapt. Do you mean "massage scalp" with minoxidil or with shampoo?
Altro piccolo aggiornamento.
Mandate le foto ad Alessio e vista la mia dermatite e pelle morta mi ha consigliato di lavarmi alternando triconac con uno shampoo con zinco. Su consiglio di Nocon ho preso Kelual DS Ducray.
Stasera ho fatto il primo shampoo ma sento la cute più pulita. Forse perché ho "frettato" un po' di più.
Però son caduti milioni di capelli

Dermatitis is normal? I hope you are right unfortunately I'm very concerned about this.
Do you suggest using minoxidil foam after transplant?

If this is the case, they should not be threatened. however, the fall associated with the occurrence of an infection and an inflammatory reaction of the scalp (in other words dermatitis) is, in principle, temporary, and hair regrows afterwards.
The foam is better if sensitive scalp but massage well.
No stress.

UPDATE A UN MESE
Ho inviato le foto a Bola sia della caduta delle croste che a un mese.
Tanti capelli sono caduti e la fase è sicuramente la più dura.
Attendo i vostri commenti
ATTENZIONE il rossore nelle foto è aumentato del 100%. Nessuno mi ha detto nulla sul rossore (al massimo sul perché son pelato ).
A chi ho chiesto la risposta è stata "ora che me lo fai notare si nota altrimenti non ci ho proprio fatto caso"

Tutto nella norma. Intervento pulitissimo. Solo un occhio esperto potrebbe accorgersi del trapianto. Puoi gia benissimo tornare al sociale senza cappello. In bocca al lupo
