The patient of Dr. Karadeniz that you speak of had an advanced level of hair loss and he understood that he would need more than one surgery to get acceptable coverage. He had only one surgery with Dr. Karadeniz and it was discussed and expected that a second procedure would be performed, maybe a third. The patient decided he wanted a less expensive option ( less expensive in Turkey is a joke to me) but for this reason he decided on the technicians of Dr. Serkan's clinic. I say "the technicians" because Dr. Serkan does not perform any of the surgery.
The point of having more than one procedure is to build on top of the previous and to improve the result to the final expectation. For anyone to complain about coverage with 3000 grafts when they are NW6 or NW7 after they were informed and agreed that more than one procedure is needed is not realistic.
