Io dovrei sottopormi ad un trapianto in una clinica che utilizza l implanter choi..ho visto dai report dei bei risultati cmq...l implanter choi le risulta cmq abbastanza funzionale alla pari quasi dell implanter lion??grazie per la risposta . -

The Choi Implanter Pen - also called Lion according to a designated version and used in particular by Dr. Lorenzo - is an instrument used during the implantation phase of the grafts after they have been taken from the donor area.
The idea is to combine two actions: create a reception site in the donor area and implant the graft in the stride.
To achieve this, the Choi Implanter Pen is constructed as a kind of "pen": a hollow needle fixed in a piston tube.
The procedure is as follows:
1) after removal, the graft is placed in the hollow needle of the Choi using clamps
2) it is inserted into the scalp at the appropriate angle to create the incision receiving site
3) the graft is implanted by simple pressure on the piston of the Choi
To accelerate the procedure, several Choi are often used at the same time and their "reloading" is entrusted to one or several technicians different from the person or persons realizing the implantation in itself.
The diameter of the needle should be as thin as possible so as not to leave any visible trace, even for grafts composed of several hair.
It seems that the Choi is easier to manipulate with stiff and thick hair, but several doctors use it successfully on different natures of hair.
The choice between using a Choi or a blade to make the incisions depends essentially on the training of the practitioner. The incisions have the advantage of being able to be realized by very thin blades with different orientations.
