Anni fa feci i primi interventi di autotrapianto con tecnica aimè di estrazione di carote contenenti 15 20 capelli ,zona donatrice disastrata da centinaia di buchetti,zona priva di capelli,zona trapiantata piena di ciuffi a bambola. In seguito feci 2 interventi con la strip da Rosati e Grassi ma non ho risolto quasi niente in quanto poca ricrescita effetto a bambola ancora presente, ristrette solo le cicatrici posteriore. Ed anche accetto consigli dai vari utenti,ricordo:3 operazioni (pochi capelli trapiantati,evidentissimo effetto a bambola,3strip con poche uf trapiantate,zona donatrice con le 3 cicatrici ed un numero imprecisato di cerchietti senza capelli per via dei 3 interventi vecchia maniera con prelievo di carotine contenente dai 5 ai 10 bulbi,quasi nessuna ricresciute

He's 46 years old man and he has an open donor (2 bad old punchs so scarring all over the donor, 3 very bad strips that means 3 bad scars and 1 scalp reduction). His scalp was very tight all over the head, he has ridging, pitting; we decided to not use FUE because of his enormous existing scarring. His open donor made FUE very difficult, he did not want to shave because it would have been impossible to go anywhere in public for months with the amount of scarring, and there was no way to harvest without total shaving because the scarring was so extensive. With FUT/Strip we used 1421 UF to improve the frontal area that was his first priority; his donor couldn't allow a bigger amount of UF but this amount helped a lot to improve his frontal and his general look, unfortunately a total restoration in all his bald areas need something like 5.000/5.500 UF as he was clearly informed prior the OP, so we couldn't treat other areas like mid or crown but there is a plan for maybe body hair test, maybe FUE and maybe a very small Strip again (it's required a consultation to know this exactly). He needed also some plug removal so we extracted 35 Plugs and we placed back again in different areas. His HT was done on 18/September/07 and at this stage, 12 months, he is happy with the end result, especially for the low amount of grafts.
